职位描述
Main Job Tasks and Responsibility Interface and communicate with the customers to strengthen the business relationship. Explore new potential business/customers in the hermetic terminal industry. Develop strategies to protect the current business and penetrate the potential market. Negotiate with customers to meet with the sales objectives and targets. Provide detailed report or summary on customers’ demand and technical needs. Provide timely update on customer activities. Annual sales budgeting and planning. Manage and maintain documentation in response to customer RFI. Continuously analysis customer demand, technical needs and market conditions and monitor all competitor activity. Develop strategies as needed, for various customer issues. Other duties as required by management. General Purpose To develop, establish and manage the sales function to meet organizational objectives. Effectively manage the sales team supported by other functions in the organization to continuously meet with customers’ expectation and demand.

Education and Experience business or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining sales and marketing strategies proven experience and strong leadership in the sales organization of OEM industry relevant product and industry knowledge experience with relevant software applications MBA preferable Key Competencies excellent written and verbal communication skills organization and planning problem analysis and problem-solving team-leadership formal presentation skills persuasiveness Strong negotiation power frequent travel required adaptability innovation judgment decision-making stress tolerance collaboration
